For these Terms & Conditions, the Ontario Music Association is identified as “OMA”.

Important! These Terms & Conditions govern your use of this site. Please read this document carefully before accessing or using the site. By accessing or using the site, you agree to be bound by the Terms & Conditions set forth below. If you do not wish to be bound by these Terms & Conditions, you may not access or use the site.

1. Use of the Site

Limitation of Liability

In no event will the OMA be liable for

(i) any incidental, consequential, or indirect damages (including, but not limited to, damages for loss of profits, business interruption, loss of information arising out of the use of, or inability to use the OMA web site. Even if the OMA or its authorized representatives have been advised of the possibility of such damages, or

(ii) any claim attributable to errors, omissions, or other inaccuracies in the service and/or materials or information. Because some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of liability for consequential or incidental damages, the above limitation may not apply to you. In such jurisdictions, the OMA liability is limited to the greatest extent permitted by law.

The OMA makes no representations whatsoever about any other web site which you may access through this one or which may link to this Site. When you access a non-OMA web site, please understand that it is independent from the OMA, and that the OMA has no control over the content on that web site. In addition, a link to the OMA web site does not mean that the OMA endorses or accepts any responsibility for the content, or the use, of such web site.

2. Copyright, Licenses and Idea Submissions

The entire contents of this Site are protected by international copyright and trademark laws.

3. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless the OMA and any third party information providers from and against all losses, expenses, damages and costs, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, resulting from any violation of this Agreement (including negligent or wrongful conduct) by you or any other person accessing the Service.

4. Liability

We accept no responsibility for any damage or loss of earnings that may be incurred through using the OMA web site. It is your responsibility to keep a backup of your information and/or relevant files.

5. Site Access

If you experience a problem that can not be fixed by following our instructions, it may be required that we access your Member Account area to test, isolate and rectify / advise you of our findings. Failure to supply or allow access will result in us being unable to assist you.

6. Refund Policy (for premium membership)

We want you to be happy with your membership; if you have any questions, concerns, or problems, please contact us.

In the event, however, that you decide your purchase was not the right decision, we want to make things right. Within 30 days of any purchase, we will refund the full price of your membership.

Simply contact us via our contact form and let us know you’d like a refund. No refunds are provided after more than 30 days following purchase.

7. Privacy Policy

All details obtained during registration, updating or other activity on our site are held with the strictest confidence. We will never sell or give your information to any external companies or sites.

8. Security

Any passwords used for this site are for individual use only. You will be responsible for the security of your password.

9. Terms & Condition Changes

The OMA may modify this agreement at any time, and such modifications shall be effective immediately upon posting of the modified Terms & Conditions on this site. You agree to review the agreement periodically to be aware of such modifications and your continued access or use of the site shall be deemed your conclusive acceptance of the modified agreement.

Changes to these Terms & Conditions will be made without direct notification. It is your responsibility to ensure you check for changes in our  Terms & Conditions.
